Spray drying is a step and a stable system procedure. When the working fluid is atomized to produce droplets and dried into specific fragments, it is relocated to the form of heating drying. The spray dryer is composed of feed pump, atomizer, air heating device, air distributor, drying chamber, waste gas purification system and powder recovery/separator.
Working principle of spray dryer:
*In the spray dryer, the dried liquid is atomized into good droplets, which are radiated and thrown into the flowing hot air flow.
*The temperature of the droplet immediately rises, and good droplets instantly dry through circular fragments.
*This process is completed within a few seconds before the droplet reaches the drying wall.
In a spray dryer, the vaporized liquid is sprayed through moisture. Small water droplets easily evaporate and become solid fragments, all the way to the bottom of the container.
The steam enters the separator, where it separates and collects good dry debris and steam. There are several types of spray dryers, which can also be used at will.
The traditional spray dryer includes a drying chamber similar to a cyclone separator to ensure that the air flows well to the heating and mass transfer equipment, and the dried debris is separated by centrifugation.
