Application Scenarios
Chemical industry: in the petrochemical industry, it can be used for polymer drying, dye dehydration and so on. For example, the use of heat transfer oil as a heat medium, can complete the low-temperature calcination work, such as calcium sulfate dihydrate calcined into calcium sulfate hemihydrate; can also be used for titanium dioxide, nickel-iron alloy powder and a variety of powdered and granular materials cooling.
Environmental protection field: excellent performance in municipal sludge treatment, can handle sludge with water content of 60%-90%, and the water content of discharged material can be as low as 10%-40%, which can meet the demand of subsequent incineration, landfill or resource utilization. For electroplating sludge, chemical sludge and other sludge containing heavy metals or toxic and hazardous substances, its airtight structure and low-temperature operation can effectively prevent the volatilization of hazardous substances and ensure environmental safety.
Food Processing: It can be used for unit operations such as starch drying and seasoning sterilization. The large heating area within the effective volume of the unit can quickly heat the material to the sterilization temperature, avoiding the quality of the material to be changed by prolonged heating.
Pharmaceutical industry: it can realize 30-120℃ low temperature drying and retain the active ingredients.
New energy field: it can complete the low-oxygen drying process of lithium battery materials.

Operation Points

Preparation before starting
Equipment inspection: ensure the normal operation of the equipment, confirm that all connecting parts are tight, check whether the power supply and gas supply is normal, so that the paddle dryer is in full working condition. Each start-up should be started under the state of coiling, and it is forbidden to start directly and frequently to minimize the damage to the equipment under the state of heavy load. After the installation of the equipment, we should check whether the installation of the whole machine parts is intact, whether the lubricating oil filled in the reducer meets the requirements, disk motor fan impeller, check whether the leaf shaft and the cylinder wall are friction, whether the inlet is smooth, whether the outlet is closed.
Discharge condensate: Discharge the condensate in the steam pipeline, and then close the shut-off valve.
Start the fan: open the air switch of the electric control cabinet (the corresponding display red light is on) and start the circulating fan of each heating chamber.

Operation process

Temperature control: when the temperature in the drying room reaches 145℃ (the specific temperature can be adjusted according to the material requirements), set the speed motor controller at on position, and then rotate the speed knob clockwise so that the pointer reaches the desired position. At the same time, adjust the looseness and tightness of the conveying chain, and then start feeding the material to the dryer, paying attention to the uniformity of the material under the feeding end. Open the steam supply shut-off valve of the paddle dryer to heat the drying chamber. When the steam working pressure is 0.4-1.0Mpa, the excellent performance of the machine can be fully realized. Adjust the temperature and humidity of the dryer according to the requirements of the material and the process requirements to ensure that the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber are within the proper range to realize the best drying effect.
Humidity control: control the humidity inside the drying room by adjusting the angle of inlet and exhaust valves, so that the material can reach a good drying state.
Wind speed control: The fan in the dryer is responsible for circulating the air and discharging the moist air. According to the requirements of materials and specifications of the dryer, the wind speed is adjusted to realize proper circulation and discharge effect.
Material Monitoring: Regularly check the running status of the equipment and the drying condition of the material to ensure that the drying effect can reach the expected target.

Shutdown and Maintenance

Shutdown operation: When the material leaves the dryer, close the steam supply shut-off valve first, and then shut down the fan later (the corresponding green light will go out). When the material leaves the hollow paddle dryer, close the main drive (the corresponding green light will go out), then rotate the speed control knob counterclockwise to the zero position, and place the controller switch in the “off” position (the corresponding red light will go out).
Equipment cleaning: After the dryer stops running, clean up the material residues inside and outside the equipment.
Maintenance: Clean and replace the filter regularly to prevent dust and impurities from entering the drying chamber, ensure the normal operation of the equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment. Regularly check the appearance of the paddle dryer and the wear and tear of the internal parts, and if necessary, replace the worn parts in time to maintain the normal operation of the equipment.
SAFETY OPERATION: When using the dryer, be sure to follow the relevant safety operation guidelines. Ensure that operators wear appropriate protective equipment and provide necessary training and instruction to minimize safety risks. It is strictly prohibited to trap chunks of hard objects in the wet material to prevent them from getting stuck between the blades and cylinders, damaging the blades or cylinders and causing damage to the equipment and air leakage accidents.
