The correct usage of vibrating fluidized bed dryer involves a number of aspects such as equipment installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, the following are specific instructions:

First, installation and commissioning
Preparation before installation:
Make a good foundation according to the actual size to ensure smooth installation.
Check the connections for looseness and misalignment to ensure that the equipment is sealed.
Connect each pipe mouth receiver, pay attention to each air duct connection should be soft connection, leave the vibration margin and seal reliably.
Check the insulation condition of the vibration motor, which should comply with the relevant electrical standards, and connect the power supply.
Ensure that the tolerance of the level of the plane on the porous plate is ≤2mm.
Check that each supporting equipment (such as air filter, blower, induced draft fan, heater, separator, etc.) should be able to work normally and be installed in place.

Commissioning operation:

Turn on the induced draft fan, blower and steam pipeline valve and electric heating, the system starts to produce hot air to preheat the drying system.
Check whether there is air leakage place in each connection, if there is air leakage place, it should be tightened in time.
Turn on the vibration motor, observe the lower box and bed vibration is smooth. If any unstable phenomenon is found, the vibration motor should be turned off immediately to find out the reason and solve the problem.

Second, operation

Preparation before starting:
Confirm that the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements, and confirm that there is no foreign matter in each blower.
Open the induced draft fan, blower and steam pipe heating valve, the system generates hot air, preheating the drying system. At the same time, observe whether there is air leakage in each connection, if there is air leakage, tighten it in time. After reaching the requirement of preheating (the temperature of hot air inlet is about 130℃), adjust the valves of each air inlet to make the drying system in the state of air volume and temperature at normal work.

Charging and drying:

System air temperature reaches the process requirements to start adding material. Charging materials should be uniform, quantitatively into the vibrating fluidized bed dryer inlet.
By observing the state of the bed material, adjust the inlet and outlet air pipeline regulator valve, so that the drying system is in the normal operation of the air volume and temperature state (such as the hot air pipeline temperature 140 ℃, pressure ≤ 2kpa, induced air pipeline temperature of 80 ℃, the pressure of the micro-negative pressure), so that the bed does not stick to the material, no leakage of material, the material is in the bed in the state of fluidization.
After normal adjustment, the material should be added evenly and continuously, and the material quantity should be increased gradually from small.

Operation monitoring:

Observe whether the product discharged from the discharge port of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is even, and check the water content and output of the product at regular intervals.
Regularly open the cyclone dust collector at the discharge port of the wind closure.

Third, shutdown operation

Stop charging: first stop charging, and then turn off the power of vibration motor of fluidized bed dryer when the dryer discharge port no longer discharges material.
Stop heating: close the steam pipe valve, stop heating, so that the drying system gradually cool.
Close the fan: close the power supply of the blower and other motors when the wind temperature drops to below 70℃, and finally close the induced draft fan.

Fourth, maintenance

Routine maintenance:
Routine maintenance should be carried out every month, such as adding lubricating grease, tightening the screws of vibrating parts.
Regularly clean up the orifice plate bed of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer, eliminate the blocking holes, exclude the accumulation of materials, open the lower box body discharge holes to clean up the leakage of materials under the orifice plate.
Regularly check whether the soft connection part is broken, and replace it in time if it is broken.
Regularly check the cyclone separator discharger valve is tight, if found leakage, to be repaired in time.
Motor, fan, reducer maintenance and maintenance to refer to the corresponding instructions for maintenance.
