碳酸氢钙是一种无机酸式盐。易溶于水，化学式Ca(HCO3)2，相对分子质量162.06，碳酸钙溶于二氧化碳水溶液而成碳酸氢钙。碳酸氢钙只存在溶液中；将碳酸氢钙溶液蒸发则得到碳酸钙固体。
很多食物药物都含碳酸氢钙，在体内生成碳酸钙，婴幼儿食品，营养强化剂。
物料自进料进口进入机内，在振动力作用下，物料沿水平面流化床抛掷，向前连续运动，热风向上穿过流化床同湿物料换热后，湿空气经旋风分离器除尘后由排风1：3排出。干燥物料由排料进口排出。
适用于化工、制药、食品、脱水蔬菜、粮食、矿产等行业的粉状、颗粒状物料的干燥、冷却等作业。 如：柠檬酸、味精、硼砂、硫铵、复合肥、萝l、丝、豆粕、酒糟、种子、矿渣、砂糖等。
