Product Introduction

This unit is a device that can simultaneously complete drying and granulation. According to the process requirements, the pressure, flow rate, and nozzle size of the material liquid pump can be adjusted to obtain the required spherical particles in a certain proportion of size.

Working principle

The working process of this unit involves high-pressure input of the material and liquid through a diaphragm pump, spraying mist like droplets, and then descending in parallel with the hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the discharge port at the bottom of the tower, and the exhaust gas and its small powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by an exhaust fan, and the powder is collected by a pollination cylinder located at the bottom of the cyclone separator. The fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, with a recovery rate of over 96% -98%.

Performance characteristics

The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid greatly increases after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95% -98% of the water can be instantly evaporated, and the completion time of drying only takes tens of seconds to tens of seconds. It is particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

All products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high purity, and good quality.

A wide range of applications, according to the characteristics of the material, it can be dried with hot air or granulated with cold air, which has strong adaptability to the material.

The operation is simple and stable, the control is convenient, and it is easy to achieve automated operations.

◎ Chemical industry: including catalysts, resins, synthetic laundry detergent, oils and fats, ammonium sulfate, dyes, dye intermediates, white carbon black, graphite, ammonium phosphate, etc.

◎ Food: Amino acids and analogues, seasonings, proteins, starch, dairy products, coffee extracts, fish meal, meat essence, etc.

◎ Pharmacy: traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations, pesticides, antibiotics, pharmaceutical granules, etc.

◎ spray cooling granulation: amino fatty acid, paraffin, glyceride, tallow, etc. Spray crystallization, spray concentration, spray reaction and other aspects are often used.
