Overview
This series of containers is suitable for thick/thin mixing in the pharmaceutical industry. The tank body is equipped with a interlayer, which can be heated, cooled, and the inner surface is polished with an electrolytic mirror. The heads (cones) are all spun and comply with GMP standards. The mixing device is sealed with hygiene grade mechanical seals, and the container insulation is made of polyurethane or pearl cotton. The interface adopts an international standard fast loading clamp type, which is convenient and hygienic. The equipment is equipped with air breathing holes, CIP cleaning and spraying devices, and quick opening manhole for mirror flanges.
According to the different storage capacity, for storage tanks with a capacity of 1000-15000L and over 20000, it is recommended to use outdoor storage tanks, which are made of SUS304 stainless steel. According to the tank design requirements, the following devices can be attached:
